For the INEDIT Creativity Event, ENSGSI (Engineering School on Innovation Systems), ERPI laboratory, two departments of Université de Lorraine and Octroi Nancy, all players in the same territory, are joining forces for this creative adventure:
Sylvain Fleury and Noémie Chaniaud (ENSAM – LVC) and Peter Meister-Broekema (HUAS) will join the UL team, led by Laurent Dupont, at Lorraine Fab Living Lab® platform in Nancy to animate this INEDIT experiment.
Thus, 25 students of the Master degree in Design IDEAS (Innovation and Design Evaluated by Usages), ENSGSI, will experiment to virtually explore the Octroi Nancy buildings and its 4800 m2 dedicated to creation, culture and innovation. Above all, they will be able to design, alone or in multiplayers, furniture and equipment in virtual reality to customize this new creative space and materialize their project with 3D printers.
Fusing immersive technologies, “maker” spirit and the circular economy, the INEDIT project (EU Grant agreement n° 869952) aims to generate an open innovation ecosystem to co-create sustainable furniture and generate a “Do It Together” approach https://www.inedit-project.eu (EU Grant agreement n° 869952).
In parallel, the same days, Octroi Nancy will host “Forum entreprendre dans la culture”. 200 participants from the East of France will joint this event each day https://culturegrandest.fr/cursus/formations/fiche/19
INEDIT team and the IDEAS Students will present their original experiment to the forum visitors.
