This solid vision has brought the company to embrace a Swiss project, aiming to oversee “the factory of the future”, which processes huge volumes of data.

Within the joinery industry, characterised by a high degree of customization and different production cycles, the project seeks to prototype a “twin” which replicates the joinery production process in a digital manner.  The twin (which is, of course, way smarter) is a copy of the physical joinery and helps the production manager to improve productivity and enhance operational efficiency along the product lifecycle of capital equipment.

The digital twin allows “the joinery of the future” to evaluate in advance the whole production performance, analysing and comparing complex systems and their behaviour overtime.

With the ultimate goal of bringing efficiency to the whole production chain, with the same standard of quality.
