Living Lab

Living Lab can be a physical or virtual environment allowing experimentation and co-creation with real users in real life situations, where the entities (e.g. individuals, companies, producers, researchers) share their knowledge and experiences in order to develop new solutions, new products, new services or new business models. Living Labs aim to contribute to a new Innovation System where users and citizens become active actors and not only passive receivers (adapted from the European Network of Living Labs definition[1] and (Zamiri et al. 2019))
